Product Accuracy

We strive to display our products, colors, and textures as accurately as possible. However, as electronic screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All content on this site, including the Kingdom Culture Prints logo, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Kingdom Culture Prints and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Pricing and Payment


All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

Limitation of Liability

Kingdom Culture Prints shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Refund & Returns Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Custom and Printed-to-Order Items

Most of our products are "printed-to-order." Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or customer errors (such as selecting the wrong size, color, or providing incorrect text/images).

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the fault or damage.

If the fault is verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping).

Shipping and Returns

If a return is required for a faulty item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
